The leading B2B technology and game development company, Hacksaw AB, continues to strengthen its senior-level team.
The company confirmed a couple of promotions on the same day it unveiled its latest financial results, recording strong growth.
Philippa Gregory, an executive with solid experience at Hacksaw, was appointed to the role of Operational CEO of the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Hacksaw Gaming.
She first joined Hacksaw Gaming in April 2022 and was added to the Group Management team in January 2025.
Assuming the role of Operational CEO, Gregory will succeed Marcus Cordes.
The two executives will collaborate through December 1, 2026, to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
After that date, Cordes will transition to a role focused on accelerating the company’s B2B prediction markets, Hacksaw Markets.
His responsibilities will include growing the business venture and building a strong team.
In a press release, Hacksaw Gaming’s incoming Operational CEO said: "I know this company, I know our people, and I see significant potential ahead."
"My priority as Operational CEO is to continue strengthening our core business, with clear accountability, disciplined execution and a firm focus on profitable growth," Gregory added.
Ana Vrabic Verdir, Group CEO of Hacksaw AB, added: "This transition gives both businesses the dedicated leadership and focus needed to support our group strategy. Philippa brings the experience and knowledge of the company to take Hacksaw Gaming forward, while Marcus focuses on building Hacksaw Markets."
Besides the appointment of a new Operational CEO, Hacksaw confirmed the addition of Luke Hammett, Hacksaw Gaming Malta’s Chief Commercial Officer, to the Group Management team.
This move further strengthens the business, considering that Hammett has been with Hacksaw since the early years of the company and brings extensive experience.
On the same day Hacksaw confirmed the senior-level appointments, it also released its Q3 2026 financial results.
In the third quarter, covering the period between July 1 and September 30, 2026, the company reported €58.1m in revenue, a figure that represents an increase of 12% year-over-year.
Adjusted operating profit for the period soared as well, increasing by 15% year-over-year to €48.3m.
Upon releasing the financial update, Verdir commented: "In the third quarter, Hacksaw continued to deliver strong profitability and cash generation while expanding our customer base, product portfolio, and presence in locally licensed markets."
"We took important steps beyond our core verticals with the launch of our first crash game and, shortly after the quarter, the announcement of Hacksaw Markets, our new B2B prediction markets platform," Hacksaw’s Group CEO further explained.
