Once the nomination phase concludes, voting will commence for the "Players’ Choice" and "Voice of the People" categories. The winners will be announced at the grand awards ceremony on June 6, 2025, an invite-only event that will gather esteemed industry leaders, judges, sponsors, shortlists, and media representatives at the Hilton Hotel, St. Julian’s, Malta.

The evening will include a three-course dinner, complimentary drinks, and a celebratory afterparty at Level 22, a stylish wine lounge and club with breathtaking city views.
