The global company focused on reactivation and driving innovation through technology, powered by personal human interaction, Enteractive, announced an important senior-level appointment.
Earlier this week, the company confirmed the appointment of Lukasz Zebrowski.
Joining Enteractive, the executive with extensive experience was named the company's new Head of Compliance.
The appointment complements an ongoing goal for the company to ensure that its operator partners benefit from customer communications in compliance with the relevant regulatory framework in each market.
At the same time, Enteractive strives to deliver the highest levels of customer service and compliance, helping gambling operators succeed in the highly competitive industry.
Currently, the company supplies its services to tier-one operators across the globe.
However, with the evolution of regulations, a focused approach to compliance is necessary.
This is precisely what Enteractive targets with its latest appointment, signaling to its partners that it is prepared to dedicate additional efforts to that vertical.
Undoubtedly, Zebrowski will play a key role in those processes while holding the important role of Head of Compliance.
Zebrowski shared his excitement in a press release. "At Enteractive, my focus will be on aligning our services with the highest industry standards, ensuring regulatory alignment in all the markets we operate in," he revealed.
Finally, the new Head of Compliance explained: "We are dedicated to maintaining a compliance-first approach, particularly in player protection and fraud prevention, with comprehensive training programs to uphold these values at every level."
Andrew Foster, Enteractive's Chief Business Development Officer, was similarly thrilled to see a seasoned executive of Zebrowski's rank join the company.
He spoke about Zebrowski, pointing to his extensive experience and solid background in navigating different regulatory environments.
According to Foster, with Zebrowski as Head of Compliance, the company will address challenges which in turn can deliver even greater value to its portfolio of customers across the globe.
Finally, Enteractive's Chief Business Development Officer said about Zebrowski: "His leadership will ensure we maintain the highest standards in responsible gambling and fraud detection, reinforcing our commitment to safeguarding operators and their players."
Zebrowski's appointment comes after back in September, Enteractive strengthened its team with another key hire.
At the time, the company confirmed it selected Tim Vindehall for the role of Head of Sales.
Joining the company, the executive brought more than 10 years of experience in business development and sales.
