The global hospitality, entertainment and gaming company, Delaware North, reaches a new milestone in its growth.

On Wednesday, the company announced a major rebranding of its gaming business with the goal of unifying casinos, digital gaming and loyalty rewards program under a new brand.

The new brand unifies iGaming, land-based gambling and rewards

Previously, Delaware North’s gaming business operated under a subsidiary named Delaware North Gaming and Entertainment.

Per the announcement, the company’s gaming business is now going forward as Ember Entertainment, a new overall brand that unites all of its operating segments.

Ember Entertainment includes Delaware North’s Lucky North Rewards Program which is now rebranded as Ember Rewards.

Moreover, the new brand includes Delaware North’s online casino, now known as Ember Casino.

Ember Jackpot Casino replaces Delaware North’s Lucky North Casino, while Ember Sportsbook is the brand’s online sports betting subdivision, replacing Betly for online betting in West Virginia and MVGBet for online sports betting in Ohio.

"While our gaming properties won't be rebranded, they will be identified as Ember Entertainment properties and part of Ember Rewards," Delaware North explained in a press release.

The change seeks to deliver personalized and elevated guest experiences

The development of Ember Entertainment was led by Jill Eden, the division’s vice president of marketing, together with her marketing team and creative and brand teams from Delaware North.

Ultimately, the rebrand of the company’s gaming business seeks to deliver seamless, omnichannel gaming experience to customers.

Eden spoke about the rebrand saying: "Ember signifies hospitality to guests while being accessible – representing warmth, energy, potential and transformation. The idea of an ember sparking something larger naturally reflects the company's vision of connecting physical casinos, digital gaming, rewards and entertainment experiences."

"This isn't just a new name or a new logo. It's a commitment to delivering an elevated, personalized experience for every single guest, whether they are visiting us in person or playing from home. Ember represents not just a new identity, but a more connected guest journey across every touchpoint," Eden added.

Jason Gregorec, Ember Entertainment’s president, spoke about the new brand, acknowledging that it was developed in a way to meet the expectations of customers, while positioning the company well for further expansion.

"The new omnichannel presence creates seamless customer engagement across all channels – physical, digital and experiential – connecting brick-and-mortar, digital gaming, sportsbook and rewards, as well as dining, lodging and retail at our gaming properties," he added.
