Earlier this week, the company confirmed the appointment of Jason Gregorec to the role of president of its gaming division.
In his new role at Delaware North, the executive will oversee the company's entire gaming portfolio and operations.
Gregorec will play a key role in the development of the gaming division's strategy and vision, helping manage aspects related to profit and revenue streams.
Moreover, as president of Delaware North's gaming division, he will contribute toward the development of innovative concepts, products, and identify business opportunities.
Ultimately, the efforts of Gregorec are expected to deliver solid growth, effective investment and propel the expansion of Delaware North's gaming division and portfolio.
Overall, Gregorec brings more than three decades of experience within the gaming industry.
Before his appointment at Delaware North, he was employed by Caesars Entertainment and Eldorado Resorts for four years.
During that time, Gregorec held the role of senior vice president and general manager, overseeing the financial performance, customer experience and employment at Paris, Horseshoe and Hollywood Resorts.
Under his leadership, the resorts implemented changes to their hospitality and gaming offerings, ensuring unrivaled customer experiences.
Moreover, Gregorec played a key role in the recent redevelopment and rebranding of Bally's Las Vegas into Horseshoe Las Vegas.
Besides Caesars, Gregorec was also employed by JACK Entertainment.
At that time, he held the role of general manager and CEO of the company's Greektown Casino & Hotel.
His strategic advice and guidance played an important role in a renovation project at the property with a $100 million price tag.
Throughout his professional career, Gregorec also held important C-level roles at Majestic Star Casinos & Hotel and Tropicana Entertainment, among others.
Delaware North's chief operating officer and executive vice president, Amy Latimer, commented on the topic in a statement.
"Jason Gregorec is a great addition to Delaware North, bringing an extensive background and more than 30 years of experience with some of the world's leading gaming and hospitality companies," she revealed.
Finally, Latimer pointed out: "Jason will work closely with Brian Hansberry but also allow Brian to leverage his 40 years of senior-level leadership in the gaming industry to seek new opportunities for growth in the gaming sector."
In the role of president of the company's gaming division, Gregorec fills in the position of Brian Hansberry.
The change sees Hansberry transition to the role of group president where he will focus on the development of Delaware North's strategy and future partnerships.
