Clarion Gaming has much to be happy about with the most recent editions of ICE and iGB Affiliate setting, among other things, an attendance record. The company has hinted at the strong attendance in a previous update but has finally done the headcount to present more accurate numbers.

The total attendance, as confirmed, was up 13% year-over-year, with visitors arriving from 163 nations, and a total industry attendance of 59,101 industry professionals. This was a significant step up from last year’s numbers when 52,345 people attended the event instead.

ICE clawed the bulk of this attendance rate with 50,019 professionals descending on the floors at Fira Gran Via Barcelona, an 11% increase year-over-year, and 9,082 who attended iGB Affiliate, a major 24% improvement in attendance rates from a year earlier.

Out of the countries attending, several stood out by the sheer number of local representatives. 9,954 from Spain joined the event, with another 6,518 from the United Kingdom, 3,074 from Malta, another 2,328 from Cyprus, 1,938 from Ukraine, and 1,730 from the United States. Italy had 1,496 representatives, whereas 1,252 representatives from Bulgaria and 1,157 from Germany were also present.

Commenting on these achievements, Managing Director Clarion Gaming, Stuart Hunter, said:

The data has been interrogated by an independent registration body and reflects the number of unique attendees. I am delighted that the transition of ICE and iGB Affiliate to Barcelona has been so well-received by our international community of stakeholders. The data has confirmed an all-time opening day high of 32,788 ICE attendees and a closing day attendance of 24,926 which was 20% higher than 2024’s closing day.

He spoke about the opportunity to build upon these results and secure even better performance. There was notable net growth across all key jurisdictions, Hunter noted, with a marked attendance from places such as India and the United Arab Emirates. As to the next event, 86% of all event space is already booked, he noted.

IGB Events Portfolio Director, Naomi Barton, was similarly pleased with what has been achieved, and particularly in so far as iGB Affiliate is concerned:

The growth of iGB Affiliate has been phenomenal and Barcelona has underlined the popularity and status of the brand. Whilst the figures can only tell part of the story the unique attendance of 9,082 was a 24% uplift on 2024 with the 2025 figures representing the fifth consecutive year of significant growth.

A total of 108 nations attended the event, and made it one of the most international B2B live events on the industry calendar, she added. Overall, both Barton and Hunter are excited for what next year will bring.
