Clarion Gaming has appointed Margaret Dunn as its Portfolio Director, a move designed to boost the ICE leadership team and further enhance the event’s footprint at a time of rapid competitive landscape.

New Director of Portfolio set to expand ICE and bring in more regulators, tech leaders

In a statement, Clarion Gaming Managing Director Stuart Hunter had this to say, welcoming Dunn’s appointment:

"The leadership and experience that Margaret brings, having worked at a senior level in several dynamic and technology-driven sectors, will help the ICE brand to achieve what are ambitious growth targets and meet the needs of our global customers who travelled to ICE Barcelona from no fewer than 186 nations."

Dunn similarly welcomed the opportunity to be part of the transformative change and to help build one of the most influential industry events that continues to change the gambling industry landscape and create worthwhile opportunities for stakeholders.

"When you bring so many influential industry professionals, operators, and regulators together in one place, it provides a unique opportunity to effect change, and I’m really excited to be working on a world-class event that impacts so many businesses throughout the world," Dunn said, accepting the position.

She is already determined to help ICE attract more of the cutting-edge tech providers and share their innovations, and reshape the gaming experience. ICE 2025 also featured more than 300 regulators, and Dunn has already expressed readiness to seek and increase the number of watchdogs that are attending.

"Other priorities include championing the progressive DEIB programme at ICE2026 alongside the hugely successful award-winning Sustainable Gambling Zone," she concluded.
