The global company, renowned for offering innovative, quality and scalable lottery solutions, games and technology, Brightstar Lottery PLC, was recognized for its efforts toward disability inclusion in business.

Earlier this week, Brightstar Lottery confirmed that it was honored as a World’s Top Disability Inclusive Business based on its performance on the global benchmark for disability inclusion in business, the 2026 Disability Index (Disability:IN).

The company promotes all dimensions of inclusion

The recognition highlights the company’s dedication and effort in creating a workplace environment that promotes all dimensions of inclusion.

Notably, Brightstar Lottery initiatives like SuperAbilities, a special employee-led and executive-sponsored employee impact group, offers benefits that address both visible and invisible disabilities.

At the same time, Brightstar is recognized for implementing inclusive hiring processes, among other things.

Currently, more than 70% of the Fortune 100 and close to half of the Fortune 500 companies trust the global Disability Index.

The vital index grants businesses data-driven insights that analyze and assess performance, point out opportunities and support continuous improvement in the short-and-longer terms.

Jill Houghton, Disability:IN’s President and CEO, highlighted the importance of inclusion, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.

The executive pointed to the importance of accommodating a broader range of people as a vital part of the future of businesses.

"Companies using the Disability Index are applying that mindset to drive progress across their business," Houghton said in conclusion.
