The leading provider of lottery technology, games and solutions, Brightstar Lottery PLC, continues to grow its North American footprint.
This week, the company confirmed it signed a new agreement with the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) for the deployment of its industry-leading salesforce automation tool.
Brightstar Lottery's Sales Wizard salesforce automation tool supports more than 148,000 retail outlets across the globe.
The industry-leading tool grants sales teams timely and relevant information, enabling them to improve their efficiency.
Ultimately, Sales Wizard helps retail outlets become more effective by identifying growth opportunities and delivering actionable insights.
Such information includes insights into sales, instant ticket inventory, point-of-sale equipment, signage and other vital details.
In December, Brightstar Lottery agreed to deliver instant ticket games for Totalizator Sportowy, Poland's national lottery.
Scott Gunn, Brightstar Lottery's Chief Operating Officer North America Lottery, spoke with excitement about the latest announcement, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.
He acknowledged that OLG joins a growing list of two dozen lotteries across the globe that have already incorporated Brightstar's Sales Wizard and responsibly grow their sales.
"Sales Wizard was designed to be a flexible, convenient tool for lottery sales representatives to work strategically with retailers, providing data, reports, and insights to understand sales trends and optimize as needed," Gunn added.
Vanessa Theoret, OLG's Sr. Director Retail Sales and Account Management, was similarly excited.
"Brightstar's Sales Wizard is enabling OLG's sales force with digital access to actionable data while unlocking operational efficiencies so that our sales representatives can make the best use of every retail visit," she said.
Finally, Theoret pointed out: "Sales Wizard is highly configurable so OLG can leverage this product in a variety of ways to meet our evolving business needs."
