The leading casino entertainment company that has a strong presence in the iGaming and sports betting verticals, Bally's Corporation, has announced two new senior-level appointments. The company revealed it hired the services of Tammi Barlow as its Inaugural VP of Global Responsibility and Social Impact. Moreover, Bally's appointed the seasoned compliance leader, Don Westcott, to the role of SVP, Global Chief Compliance Officer, a statement reveals.

Currently, Barlow holds an MBA from Roosevelt University in Chicago. In her new role as VP of Global Responsibility, she will be based at the company's headquarters located in Providence, Rhode Island. Overall, Barlow has more than a decade of experience in managing corporate social responsibility and responsible gaming programs for recognizable operators within the gambling sector. She leverages an extensive set of skills and has a deep understanding of responsible gaming and the gambling sector, making her the perfect fit for the new role at Bally's.

Before becoming a part of the company's C-suite, Barlow was a part of Rush Street Interactive (RSI), the leading online casino and sports betting operator. During her tenure at RSI, she played an important role in the development and implementation of the company's social responsibility strategy. Additionally, Barlow oversaw important responsible gambling activations at RSI.

On the other hand, Westcott brings more than 25 years of experience within the gaming and financial technology verticals. He currently holds an MBA from Georgia State University and has been employed by globally recognized entertainment and gaming companies.

Before joining Bally's, Westcott served as Global head of Compliance for the leading payment services provider, Nuvei. His professional tenure includes important roles within the gambling sector as well. Westcott was a part of Isle of Capri Casinos, Osage Casinos and Caesars Entertainment, where he held important leadership positions. Moreover, his professional background includes a Director and Vice President roles with First Data and Fiserv.

Kim M. Barker, Bally's Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, said about the latest appointments: "On behalf of the entire leadership team, I am pleased to welcome Don and Tammi to Bally's." Last but not least, Barker pointed out: "Their deep expertise enables Bally's to continue our progress toward building industry-leading compliance, responsible gaming and social impact functions as the Company continues to grow and expand."

Recently, Bally's confirmed a $5m donation to the Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI) Foundation. Announced earlier this month, the donation seeks to help create economic opportunities and contribute to the advancement of higher education in Rhode Island.
