Arana serves as the Director General of Spain’s Directorate for the Regulation of Gambling, the country’s watchdog. DGOJ is tasked with overseeing the market, enforcing rules, and issuing licenses to operators, which makes his attendance and keynote speech an invaluable opportunity for anyone who wants to garner a better understanding of the local market.
