Potpuno razumem da bonusi podležu internim politikama kazina. Međutim, obraćam se jer osećam da je došlo do nesporazuma u vezi sa mojim aktivnostima.
Bio sam aktivan i redovan igrač na Stake-u, i samo za mesec april, založio sam preko 1500 dolara. Uprkos tome, rečeno mi je da se smatram „neaktivnim" i da sam dobio samo $2 bonusa, što se čini izuzetno nepravednim i obeshrabrujućim.
Ovaj nivo aktivnosti bi trebalo da se kvalifikuje za prikladniji bonus, ili u najmanju ruku, zaslužuje odgovarajuću reviziju - ne samo opšti odgovor. Uvek sam uživao da igram na Stake-u, ali ovo iskustvo me je prilično razočaralo.
Ne tražim poseban tretman, samo pošteno razmatranje na osnovu mog doslednog doprinosa platformi. Nadam se da se ovo može eskalirati nekome ko može bliže pogledati moj nalog i razjasniti zašto je ova odluka doneta.

Thanks for your response.
I completely understand that bonuses are subject to the casino's internal policies. However, I’m reaching out because I feel there's been a misunderstanding regarding my activity.
I’ve been an active and regular player on Stake, and for the month of April alone, I wagered over $1500. Despite this, I was told I’m considered "inactive" and received only a $2 bonus, which feels extremely unfair and discouraging.
This level of activity should qualify for a more appropriate bonus, or at the very least, deserve a proper review—not just a generic response. I’ve always enjoyed playing on Stake, but this experience has left me quite disappointed.
I’m not asking for special treatment, just fair consideration based on my consistent contribution to the platform. I hope this can be escalated to someone who can take a closer look at my account and clarify why this decision was made.
