Q: Cristhian, Playson has just taken another bold stride into Latin America through your partnership with KTO in Brazil. How important is it for Playson to be available to players in Brazil?

Brazil is a market in focus for Playson and an essential part of our broader Latin American strategy. The country has a rapidly growing iGaming industry, fueled by a passionate player base and increasing regulatory clarity. Our partnership with KTO represents a major step in ensuring that Brazilian players have access to our high-quality games, reinforcing our commitment to delivering premium entertainment in this dynamic market.

Q: With the market only now getting underway, what are some of Playson’s key priorities as a developer, and how will you gauge success in Brazil over the coming months?

As Brazil’s regulated market takes shape, our primary focus is to establish a strong footprint by enclasping in strategic partnerships and providing high-quality content, to satisfy player preferences. Success will be measured not only by the number of operators integrating our portfolio but also by player engagement, retention rates, and performance metrics such as game rounds and revenue contribution. We are also committed to staying agile, adapting to market developments, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.

Q: How does Playson plan to engage players in such a competitive environment?

The Brazilian market is highly competitive, so standing out requires a combination of engaging gameplay, innovative features, and strong brand presence. At Playson, we focus on developing games with high entertainment value, incorporating dynamic mechanics, and offering promotional tools that enhance the player experience. Additionally, we work closely with our partners to deliver broad engagement strategies, which include customized marketing assets for local and network promotional campaigns that resonate with Brazilian audiences.

Q: Is Playson’s portfolio ready to captivate the country’s iGaming audience, or are you developing more tailored content to fit the region’s particular tastes?

Our existing portfolio is already well-received across Latin America, with Hold and Win games being at the top. While our classic hits continue to perform well, we are also exploring opportunities to enhance the existing mechanics to provide the Brazilian thrill-seekers with more content to cater to their preferences.

Q: With regulations in Brazil still evolving, how challenging is it for Playson to navigate this landscape? Have you ever felt uncertain about product decisions due to potential regulatory changes?

Regulatory changes always present a challenge, but we view them as opportunities to refine our approach and solidify our long-term position in Brazil. Playson has extensive experience operating in regulated markets worldwide, and we are working closely with local experts to ensure full compliance with the evolving legal framework. While uncertainty exists, our strategy is built on adaptability—allowing us to quickly adjust to new requirements while maintaining a seamless gaming experience for players and partners.

Q: How does Brazil fit into Playson’s broader strategy for the region?

Brazil is central to our expansion plans in Latin America. It is the region’s largest market, both in terms of population and iGaming potential. Success in Brazil will not only drive direct growth but will also strengthen our presence in other LATAM markets. As a brand, we’ve already taken strategic steps to adhere to emerging markets regulations, by obtaining a Peru gambling licence back in 2024. We closely monitor governmental statements in the region, to be among the first to deliver more quality entertainment to the continent.

Q: Finally, what can players and partners expect from Playson in the coming months? Are there any exciting releases or developments on the horizon?

Players and partners can expect more strategic collaborations, ensuring that Playson remains a key player in the Brazilian iGaming space. We have an exciting roadmap ahead, with several new game releases designed to keep players captivated. Our upcoming title King of the Sky: Hit the Bonus is a high-flying 5x3 slot designed to deliver powerful wins and next-level engagement. Built around two epic bonus modes—Golden Bonus Game and Eagle’s Bonus Game—this title features sticky symbols, multipliers, mystery reveals, and five in-game jackpots. Randomly triggered Super Bonus Games and Buy Bonus options add even more thrill, ensuring every spin is filled with anticipation. With stunning visuals and fast-paced action, it’s tailored to excite players looking for intense, feature-rich gameplay.
