Opinions about offline and online promoting methods are, most of the time, competing. You will definitely find people who will accept only one way for their brand and company. But I absolutely believe in the mix of this duo, which makes the promotion process diverse, effective, and exciting. There is no need to choose between online and offline, when you can have both, and use the possibilities of every method.

Online VS Offline

Online has become for Gamzix a great opportunity to grow the name of the company by creating a community with similar values and interests. This is exactly what I've been talking about in the previous article, that personal brand is one of the strongest instruments companies can use in their marketing strategy. It opens more doors for the business: to be closer to the audience, create a larger space for communication, and find partners, clients, and customers all over the world. There are literally no limits, and I wouldn’t put a wall between my company and such a huge opportunity.

Online promotion methods I find the most powerful for my own company:

  1. Social Media Marketing: Сreating engaging content, running promotions, sharing updates, and interacting with users to build brand loyalty and attract new customers. We use it not only for publishing Gamzix news that will be useful for our subscribers and clients. We are sharing our philosophy, challenges, plans and achievements to show that every company has a lot of behind-the-scenes.
  2. Entertainment tournaments. We invited personal mechanics to involve and entertain our clients: giving them the pleasure to participate in Gamzix’s private tournament, where everyone can win great prizes while enjoying our slot games.
  3. Affiliate Marketing: Partnering with affiliate websites or individuals who promote the iGaming brand on their websites, blogs, or social media channels.

One of, but definitely not the only. And here we go to offline strategy, which is absolutely different, but can be the same useful and advantageous. Online gives you space, offline makes everything you’ve done real. Also, this is a perfect way to be recognizable. Basically, this is the same personal brand you are building online, but at professional events, it’s time to show who you really are. So, it’s really important to follow the same values and thoughts you have been promoting through social media. Because nobody likes fake characters.

So, let’s dive deeper into offline event marketing!

The show must go on!

I truly believe that there is nothing stronger than human connections. And face to face contact, real conversation, and even small talk, make a huge impact on the state of affairs. Because people build a business with people, not companies. For example, how do you think it is easier to connect with new partners: weeks of email messaging or one personal meeting at the iGaming event?

The most valid reasons to attend iGaming events are:

  • First and foremost – networking. This is where you can shake the hand of the most bright stars in the industry. People who you admire and learn from are basically in the same room with you. Also, this is an opportunity to reconnect with your current partners, create new collaborations and show yourself among the great leaders.
  • Increasing Brand Awareness. Participating in prominent conferences presents a valuable opportunity to enhance brand awareness and gain visibility among potential customers.
  • Insights. You can easily follow trends from articles and studies, but there is nothing more powerful than personal experience. And this is exactly what you get from professional events.
  • Engaging with new Partners. Attending iGaming events provides an excellent opportunity to establish new partnerships, and valuable connections, and gain insights into what strategies work best for your business.

Industry stars

In Gamzix we have planned events we want to attend, so most of those have a specific reason and ideas we want to present. For 3 years, we’ve already attended around 15 exhibitions. And this number will increase every year. I’ll tell about those that have the most impact on us:

  • ICE London.
  • IGB! Live.
  • G2E.
  • SBC and CasinoBeats Summits.
  • SiGMA World.

And now it’s time for us to make another step in an offline promotion. Gamzix will attend SiGMA Americas in association with the Brazilian iGaming Summit on June 14-18th in Brazil. As the market of Latin America has been in the circle of our interest, this is a great opportunity to move towards this goal.

I see a lot of new possibilities that are open in the marketing square for the iGaming industry. And the fact that companies can enlarge their opportunities in 2 different worlds (online and offline), and build stronger and more diverse connections with players and partners, give me a clear understanding that these are exactly the directions I will move my company. Learn new methods, but also use verified ones. Accept changes, but follow your own values. Grow a personal brand in social media, but exist as a person and specialist in real life!
