As is customary, the Illinois Lottery has already had some information and details ready to share with the public, not least to encourage people to check if they have won a six-figure prize. The winning numbers for the Tuesday, August 12 evening draw were: 3, 4, 6, 8, and 41.

As to the winning ticket, it was sold at Walker Liquor at 12255 Walker Rd in Lemont and is one of 19,000 winning tickets sold for the recent draw. Yet not all other tickets have won as much as $400,000.

The vendor that sold the ticket is also in for a treat, getting a respectable $4,000 prize from the lottery. Even if the winner doesn’t step forward any time soon, the good news is they have one year from the date of the drawing to show up and scoop the reward!
