Yaamava’ Resort and Casino, Palms Casino Resort recognized with prestigious award

The 2026 USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards recognized the leadership of Yaamava’ Resort and Casino at San Manuel and Palms Casino Resort.

The two properties won top accolades in six categories

The sister properties earned top honors in several categories, highlighting the exceptional experiences they offer to their guests in California and Nevada.

Notably, Yaamava’ Resort and Casino was recognized with the Best Casino Outside of Las Vegas, Best Casino Restaurant, Best Casino Hotel, Best Players Club and Best Casino for Slots in the 2026 USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.

Equally as important, Palms Casino Resort won the Best Casino in Las Vegas honor for a third consecutive year.

The two properties are connected through the Club Serrano loyalty program that establishes their "California to Vegas Connection" and offers thrilling experiences, promotions, gaming offers and luxury accommodation options.

The prestigious awards won by Yaamava’ Resort and Casino come at a time when the property celebrated its 40th anniversary.

Recognized as the only AAA Five Diamond casino resort in the country, the property continues to serve its guests with exceptional quality and builds its legacy as Southern California’s premier destination for gaming, hospitality and entertainment.

At the same time, the award won by Palms Casino Resort is just as important.

The Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation acquired Palms Casino Resort through the San Manuel Gaming and Hospitality Authority in 2021.

Since then, the premier gaming and entertainment venue has played a major role in redefining guest experiences in Las Vegas.

Securing the awards is a great honor

Kevin Glass, Palms Casino Resort’s General Manager, spoke with excitement about the prestigious awards, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.

"Earning the title of Best Casino in Las Vegas for a third consecutive year is an incredible honor and a direct reflection of our team's commitment to delivering memorable experiences every day," he said.

Moreover, Glass pointed out: "Las Vegas is one of the most competitive hospitality markets in the world, which makes this recognition from guests especially meaningful. We're proud to continue elevating the Palms experience while building on our unique legacy as the first Native American-owned and operated resort in Las Vegas."

Kenji Hall, Yaamava’ Resort and Casino at San Manuel’s General Manager, shared the positive vibe.

He spoke about the importance of securing the accolades in the 2026 USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards and described the accomplishment as a tremendous honor.

"These recognitions reflect the passion of our team members, the loyalty of our guests and the vision of Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation," Hall added.

Last but not least, the executive thanked everyone who voted in support of Yaamava’ Resort and Casino as well as Palms Casino Resort, saying that the two properties will continue to deliver exceptional experiences.
