Yaamava' Resort & Casino wins AAA's Five Diamond designation

Ahead of the new year, Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel, a premium hospitality and gaming resort owned and operated by the San Manuel Entertainment Authority, secured a prestigious recognition.

Extensive evaluation process culminates with the AAA Five Diamond recognition

Earlier this week, the go-to hotel and casino resort confirmed that it was recognized with the coveted AAA Five Diamond designation.

The surprising announcement marks the first time Yaamava' Resort & Casino has secured the prestigious honor.

Prior to becoming a part of the AAA Five Diamond list, the luxury hotel and casino resort in California has gone through a rigorous evaluation process.

Yaamava' Resort & Casino's assessment included anonymous overnight stays, as well as unannounced in-person inspections.

Ahead of the awarding of the prestigious recognition, the results were also evaluated by experts, who acknowledged the luxury hotel and casino's dedication to delivering its customers unforgettable experiences.

Securing the AAA Five Diamond designation, Yaamava' Resort & Casino joins a "select group representing the top tier of the hospitality industry in North America," a statement reveals.

The aforementioned list of AAA Five Diamond venues includes 60 restaurants and approximately 140 hotels.

The AAA Five Diamond venues represent only 1% of the nearly 23,000 AAA Diamond establishments recognized for their amenities, luxury and unique experiences.

Stacey Barber, AAA's Travel Vice President, commented on the topic: "AAA is pleased to recognize Yaamava' Resort & Casino with the Five Diamond designation, meaning its unwavering attention to both service and surroundings have placed it into the upper echelon of AAA's Diamond Program."

She added that venues at the AAA Five Diamond level are required to meet exceptional standards on a daily basis.

Finally, Barber said: "Five Diamond hotels and restaurants consistently exceed expectations to provide their guests a highly personalized, memorable experience."

Afsi Bird, Yaamava' Resort & Casino's Vice President of Hotel Operations, added that the prestigious honor highlights the hotel and casino's ability to deliver exceptional services to its guests.
