Octoplay, a fast-expanding and globe-trotting iGaming supplier, has secured a new important milestone, with the company expanding once again in the United States, through an Interim Authorization by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB).
This milestone allows Octoplayto further consolidate its footprint in the U.S. and to offer its player-focused titleswith licensedoperators in the local market. Apart from Pennsylvania, Octoplay maintains a robust footprint in the country and North America through licenses in New Jersey and Michigan, as well as Ontario and Alberta in Canada.
Commenting on this new milestone, Octoplay Chief Legal Officer Martina BorgStevens had this to add:
"Three out of three: Octoplay enters a new US iGaming state. Pennsylvania sets one of the highest bars in the United States, and we met it. That puts our content in three of the largest regulated states in the country and gives us the platform to keep building across North America."
Octoplay has chosen not to waste time in the United States, and North America in general, and to secure as many licenses as viable. The company received its first authorization 18 months ago and launched with BetMGM in New Jersey in June 2025.
Just a few months later, in December 2025, the company also launched with BetMGM, FanDuel, and Rush Street Interactive in Michigan, and then pursued further growth in Alberta, where it launched on day one with a number of prominent operators, including DraftKings and some of its existing partners in the U.S.
Operational in more than 20 regulated jurisdictions, Octoplay also topped theNew Overall Top Supplier ranklist in the Eilers & Krejcik Gaming US Index for four consecutive months between April and July, exemplifying the company’s deep understanding of player needs and game design philosophy that has allowed it to exceed expectations repeatedly.
Octoplay has been similarly working on expanding its footprint as a supplier elsewhere, including in places such as the United Kingdom, where the company partnered with bet365 only recently.
The supplier similarly pursued another partnership in Spain with PokerStars, expanding with the popular iGaming brand and strengthening its own presence in Spain.
Octoplay has also been among the early entrants into the Brazilian online casino market, but recent events may jeopardize this investment as the country’s President issued a measure effectively killing the iGaming and interactive sports wagering market overnight.
