Award-winning sports data provider Sportradar has extended its partnership with Caesars and Caesars Sportsbook. As a result, Sportradar will continue to supply the sportsbook operations with advanced algorithms and cutting-edge real-time data allowing the betting operator to run business and provide customers with better odds and markets.
Under the terms of the new extended alliance, Sportradar is the official supplier of betting data from the NBA, the NHL, and the MLB. The partnership will specifically grant Caesars Sportsbook access to optical tracking data from the NBA, which was not covered under any previous collaborations.
The impact on Caesars Sportsbook will be felt by customers, too. For one, the sportsbook can now leverage this data to create new props and drive additional growth in same-game parlays, to provide players with even more markets and opportunities to enjoy their favorite sport.
This means that the in-play sports betting experience at Caesars Sportsbook will be elevated once again. Commenting on this new opportunity, Sportradar Chief Commercial Officer Ed Blonk said that his company has been working closely with Caesars and will continue to do so to help the operator engage with customers.
Sportradar also benefits as it’s able to monetize its own partnerships quickly and reliably with sports leagues. Blonk spoke specifically about the importance of in-play betting and associated markets:
"As in-play betting increases in prominence in the US, the fast, accurate and reliable data that Sportradar curates will play a critical role in contributing to Caesars’ efforts to maximize revenue opportunities."
The partnership was welcomed with similar excitement by Caesars Digital COO & Head of Sports Kenneth Fuchs who saw this as another opportunity to deliver an unmatched betting experience to players. He hailed the significance of Sportradar data and what it brought to the table for sports betting operators such as Caesars, helping strengthen the company’s unique portfolio in the process.
Caesars Sportsbook has been keen on expanding its reach and product offering. The company’s latest collaboration with Sportradar signals that the company is committed to improving its betting product. Caesars launched its sports betting offer in Massachusetts earlier this year, with the company intent to continue growing across the highly-lucrative North American market.
Caesars also rolled out its betting offer in the newly-regulated territory of Puerto Rico, going head-to-head with other prominent companies in the market, such as BetMGM. The addition of Sportradar data will definitely help with streamlining the overall offer that Caesars can offer its players.
