For this important senior-level role, SolutionsHub selected James O'Kelly, an executive who used to hold the prestigious position of Operations Manager.
The expert was a part of the C-suite for more than three years and will now play an important role in the future growth and expansion of SolutionsHub. Taking over the Head of Operations role, O'Kelly will be in charge of strategic growth processes.
He will oversee the expansion of SolutionsHub's award-winning service suite. Additionally, O'Kelly will be in charge of the implementation of new technologies and best practices. Ultimately, the efforts of the new Head of Operations are expected to be pivotal for the future of the company.
