The gambling software development company offering leading iGaming solutions and services for sportsbooks and online casinos, SOFTSWISS, announced a senior-level appointment Tuesday. The company revealed it appointed Rhys Hamilton as its new Head of VIP at Managed Services.

In his new position, Hamilton is expected to boost the retention and value of the VIP segment by leveraging unique tools. Strengthening the VIP service by using cutting-edge analytics, he is expected to maximize revenue growth for the company.

As Head of VIP at Managed Services, Hamilton will use his invaluable experience within the industry and extensive knowledge to empower the VIP Player Support team. After moving from Gibraltar, he will be based at SOFTSWISS' office located in Malta.

This move further complements the company's plan to strengthen its presence in the jurisdiction by hiring top iGaming industry experts. By joining forces with professionals within the sector the company also acquires fresh talent which will help it grow further on a global scale.

Hamilton commented on the topic in a press release dated November 29, 2022. He said: "I am really excited to bring the heat to SOFTSWISS at a time when the growth of the company is rocketing." Additionally, Hamilton pointed out: "Taking the lead of the VIP team, I look forward to developing a winning combination of Gold Star service for VIPs in a responsible and sustainable way."

Anastasia Vyshinskaia, the Head of SOFTSWISS Managed Services, added: "We are confident that the extensive expertise of Rhys will boost SOFTSWISS' service level in working with the VIP sector and make our communication more personalized." Last but not least, she said: "In addition, we're going to deep dive into VIP analytics and, as a result, increase the VIP segment's revenue."

The latest leadership hire comes after only recently, SOFTSWISS expanded the reach of its Game Aggregator via a new partnership with the up-and-coming Swedish iGaming studio, Popiplay. Currently, the studio is operating via a Curacao license, but it plans further growth and delivering exciting experiences for its players which is only one of the reasons why it decided to join forces with SOFTSWISS.

Before that, late in October, SOFTSWISS joined forces with the online gaming company Spin Samurai. The terms of the new deal saw the company agree to use its famous Jackpot Aggregator to introduce a special promotion for Spin Samurai.

As a leading international iGaming company, currently SOFTSWISS provides its software solutions to operators around the globe. The company has more than 1,500 employees based in offices located in Belarus, Malta, Poland and Georgia.
