SBWA+ 2023

The much anticipated SBWA+ 2023 will soon be taking place, with the event planned from August 23 through August 25, 2023. Over the course of three days, the Sports Betting West Africa+ get-together will set out to tackle a variety of topics that concern the fast-evolving landscape in the region and the opportunities that sports gambling presents to international and domestic businesses.

Eventus International, the hosts of the event, are happy to welcome the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LSLGA) for the 8th edition of the vent. The organization is tasked with ensuring that regulatory innovation happens at a pace that meets industry and consumer needs and leaves no stone unturned.

LSLGA is engaged across a range of verticals, including sports betting, interactive gaming, and iGaming, and is bringing its vast expertise to Lagos, where the SBWA+ Summit 2023 is taking place. Meanwhile, the event promises a number of interesting opportunities for those attending.

The first day will start with the AfriGaming Speed Networking, a quick format that is designed to introduce attendees to one another and help them acclimatize and find out more about the other parties attending. The second day will mark the SBWA+ Eventus Awards 2023, which will distinguish the best and brightest in the industry. Then, day three will wrap things up with the SBWA+ Poker Tournaments.

Eventus International is confident in the success of the format and the significance of the event promising attending parties to benefit from industry insights into marketing and enhanced mobile reach across West Africa, collaborate with various established gaming tech leaders to strengthen their company offers, and generally navigate the changing regulatory landscape in the region.

The event is taking place on August 23 through August 25 at the Federal Palace Hotel & Casino in Lagos, Nigeria.
