Pragmatic Play continues to innovate its suite of games, with the company most recently introducing changes to its live casino portfolio with two gameplay features exclusively developed for Privé Lounge Blackjack.
The company hopes that the new options will allow for what it describes as greater strategic depth and heightened suspense, particularly focused on the studio’s VIP experiences.
To achieve this, Pragmatic Play has introduced the Face Down Double Down and Split After Split features, which are designed to draw inspiration from land-based gaming and give players new ways to experience every hand they play, enjoying the studio’s Privé Lounge.
Pragmatic Play Director of Public Relations Sharon McHugh welcomed the opportunity to see the portfolio expanded, arguing that Privé Lounge Blackjack has been associated with a "truly premium experience from day one," and that the new features were a further way to enhance this.
"Face Down Double Down adds a new level of suspense to every hand, while Split After Split gives players greater strategic freedom and improves their potential edge. Together, they deliver a richer blackjack experience while remaining true to the classic gameplay that players know and enjoy."
The features are designed to add more fun to the experience and offer a few strategic opportunities. The Face Down Double Down means that players can double down without revealing their final card until the dealer has completed their hand.
Split After Split is another fun version, which will allow hands that were originally split to be further split at the player's behest, giving players more strategic options down the line and making for a standout VIP experience.
The features boost the theoretical return to 99.51%, making for very generous overall gameplay. Not least, Pragmatic Play has made sure that its Privé Lounge offers dedicated VIP hosts with highly trained dealers and personalized gameplay options, bringing a worthwhile experience across the board for players.
