Pragmatic and FEG move on Czech Republic and Slovakia

Pragmatic Play has expanded the reach of its portfolio by collaborating further with Fortuna Entertainment Group (FEG) and recalibrating the scope of the two companies’ partnership to now cover the Slovakian and Czech iGaming markets.

As a result, Pragmatic Play will supply a range of its premium slot games such as Big Bass Bonanza, Sweet Bonanza, and Gates of Olympus to FEG and the company’s operations locally in both markets.

This tie-up is an expansion on the existing relationship between the two companies, and FEG already operates in other important Central and Eastern European markets, such as Poland, Croatia, and Romania. FEG has already introduced Pragmatic’s titles in both Croatia and Romania, and it now follows suit with two other markets.

FEG Group Head of Gaming & Commercial Strategy Myke Foster had this to add commenting on the fresh opportunity: "Both us and our customers know the games well, so it’s a delight to expand our relationship across Central Europe with the incredible team at Pragmatic Play."

The news was naturally welcomed by Pragmatic Play Chief Operating Officer IrinaCornides who was similarly pleased with the opportunity to see the supplier’s portfolio added to FEG’s operations in other prominent markets.

"Our product offering is now available to the operator across a number of key European regulated markets," Cornides said. This is not the first time the company expanded in Slovakia either, as Pragmatic Play actually tied a content partnership with Niké in November last year.

Pragmatic Play has been growing its footprint all over the world with the company strengthening its presence across numerous markets in Europe and well beyond. For one, the company teamed up with Hommerson in the Netherlands only recently, but this is hardly the only place where the company’s footprint has grown recently.

Pragmatic Play expanded in Africa via Betfounders and it has also been able to grow in Ecuador with the aptly called Ecuabet.

All in all, Pragmatic Play has been growing its footprint at a good clip, penetrating new markets, expanding in existing ones, and overall reinforcing its presence as an industry-leading developer of exciting casino content.
