Playson, the innovative and award-winning supplier known for a number of high-profile games and operating across 23 regulated markets, now has another reason to celebrate, with the company securing a license from the Gibraltar Licensing Authority, which will further enable the developer to pursue new market entries and strengthen its standing in existing one.
Playson will be able to move forward and provide its content to Gibraltar-licensed operators, opening hundreds of new prominent companies to work with and provide content for.
The process has been a long and demanding one, Playson shared in an official statement, but ultimately worth it, as it would allow its hit titles, to wit 3 Pots Riches: Hold and Win, Energy Coins: Hold and Win, Coin Strike: Hold and Win, and many others in fact become available with hundreds of thousands of new players.

Playson General Counsel Felicia Andronic welcomed the news and said that this was indeed a very important step forward for the company, which is looking to continuously grow and expand beyond its bastions and sally forth into new markets.
"This key license will spark significant commercial growth for us and enable us to provide our engaging content to even more UK and international facing operators," Andronic said outlining some of the immediate gains the company would enjoy.
Playson has much to be happy about. Casino Guru News recently had the opportunity to catch up with company Product Owner Natalia Shkarbanova who discussed how gamifying the supplier’s titles and effectively putting "players in the driving seat" has helped establish the games more permanently and reliably into the market, turning them into standout titles and preferred choices.
In terms of expansion, Playson has not lacked vim, with the company moving strongly on new and existing markets. Playson partnered up with Vincitu in Italy and the company notably formed an international content alliance with 888casino covering four jurisdictions, named Italy, Denmark, Romania, and Sweden, with the operator.
This multi-targeted approach reflects Playson’s desire to continue to establish itself as the preferred and go-to choice for operators and players to explore. As 2024 promises to be as busy and exciting for the company, Playson will probably have more news to share very soon.
