Playnetic, a B2B iGaming content provider, has tapped David Mann, an industry veteran, as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Mann is a seasoned iGaming insider and spent six years and eight months honing his skills at Swintt, one of the largest and best-known suppliers of innovative content for iGaming.
He eventually ran the company between August 2022 and December 2025 as its CEO, before stepping down to take the new position at Playnetic. Before this, he also spent close to two years with Wazdan, where he worked as a Sales and Business Development Manager between September 2017 and May 2019.
Stepping into his new position, Mann said: "I’m honoured to join Playnetic at such an exciting and pivotal stage in the company’s journey. The achievements in such a short time are a testament to the vision, talent, and dedication of the team, all key factors in my decision to take on this new challenge."
He added that he was already caught up on Playnetic’s strategy for 2026 and vowed to help the company expand its partnership roster while also bringing exceptional content to operators and players worldwide.
Playnetic has been a fast-growing studio, with the company first launching in January 2024 and gaining ground in numerous prominent and regulated markets. The company secured licenses in Malta, Sweden, Romania, and Greece, as well as in Ontario, Canada.
Playnetic Non-Executive Director Dan Phillips has welcomed this opportunity, describing Mann as the right person to take the helm at the company and spearhead its next growth chapter.
"His strategic vision, proven leadership, and passion for innovation make him the ideal leader to guide Playnetic through its next stage of global growth. I look forward to working with him as we continue to establish the business as an industry leader," Phillips added.
Playnetic will be attending the upcoming ICE Barcelona event, where it will showcase its products and services.
