The leading global provider of betting and gaming technology, content and services, OpenBet, continues to expand its expertise and global presence.

This week, the company confirmed it has reached an agreement to acquire OmniLogic, a sportsbook technology provider.

OmniLogic possesses significant experience in sportsbook services and technology

Since its inception, OmniLogic has provided sportsbook technology services to businesses in regulated markets across the globe.

The platform has powered many major regulated lottery operators and World Lottery Association (WLA) members, offering retail, online and mobile services and solutions.

Primarily focusing on the EMEA region, OmniLogic has established its presence and footprint, operating for more than 10 years.

With OpenBet acquiring OmniLogic, the former company adds specialist sportsbook experience and bolsters its capabilities.

According to a press release, the acquisition of OmniLogic is expected to be completed later this year and is subject to regulatory approvals.

For OpenBet, the acquisition not only adds sportsbook specialist experience but also enables the company to continue to grow with already established partnerships by OmniLogic.

Acquiring OmniLogic is a natural part of OpenBet's ongoing expansion

Vicente Torrejón and Dávid Márk Gábor, Co-Founders of OmniLogic, spoke about the acquisition.

According to the two execs, the acquisition will help OpenBet build on the foundation established by OmniLogic.

Nikos Konstakis, OpenBet’s President, was similarly excited.

"OpenBet has built its leadership position by partnering with leading operators in the world’s most demanding regulated markets, and this acquisition is a natural extension of that strategy," he pointed out.

According to Konstakis, acquiring OmniLogic grows OpenBet’s capabilities with the addition of technology, expertise and established partnerships.

Under the terms of the acquisition, OmniLogic’s team of experts will join OpenBet, bringing significant experience and technical expertise.
