Octoplay, a leading B2B provider of iGaming content, has expanded its European footprint with Microgame in the Italian iGaming market, Casino Guru News learned in an email press release.

The companies will now see their operations strengthened in the country, as Microgame will serve as the platform through which players may experience some of the studio’s best titles.

Octoplay debuts in Italy with an exclusive content tie-up

Among the featured options are such choices as Buffalo Smash, Eggsponential, Shaolin Panda Chaos Reels, and others. The titles will be only available to Microgame’s network for a period of six months before they are released to other operators.

Octoplay is making its debut in the highly competitive and lucrative iGaming market. The developer has been rapidly building its European footprint and has signed partnerships with some of the most significant companies in the sector, including Sky Betting & Gaming, LeoVegas Group, Bally’s and Kindred Group, among others.

Microgame General Manager Marco Bedendo has welcomed the opportunity to see the company grow with yet another prominent supplier in the market and add to its sprawling portfolio of top-tier online casino games. Octoplay only adds to Microgame’s Italy-tailored platform which is designed to bring the best value to local players, Bedendo argued.

"Our Italy-specific omnichannel platform, combined with Octoplay's content, will enhance the entertainment experience for players across our partner network. This collaboration aligns with our commitment to technological innovation and flexible, tailored solutions for our operators," he said.

Octoplay’s growth continues with new and exciting markets

Octoplay welcomed matters on a similarly upbeat note, arguing that the company was indeed very much thrilled to see its local presence in Europe grow once again. Ralitsa Georgieva, Director of Business Development, added that Octoplay was very happy to introduce its selection of premium games to local markets.

The studio has also been working hard to expand into new markets. In August, Octoplay confirmed that it had received a license from the Hellenic Gaming Commission, getting the green light to deliver iGaming content to local operators.

Speaking of the company’s European growth trajectory, Octoplay has also pushed and expanded in Romania last year, with the supplier remaining laser-focused on growth and adding new and exciting titles to its portfolio.
