NOVOMATIC continues Asian expansion via Tecnet Asia deal

Global operator and developer of gaming technologies NOVOMATIC AG Group announced a new Asia-facing partnership after joining forces with Tecnet Asia. Unveiled earlier this week, the new collaboration dedicated Tecnet Asia as the company's official distributor of products in the Philippines. Although it was announced this week, the partnership was in effect starting from June 1, 2023, a statement reveals.

Per the new deal, NOVOMATIC will be able to continue expanding the reach of its leading technology within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This will enable the company to continue to deliver award-winning video slots, casino management solutions and electronic table games installation.

Teaming up with Tecnet Asia allows NOVOMATIC to reach new customers within the Philippine market. Effectively this will bring the company's leading technology to new partners, allowing them to benefit from its services and solutions too. The collaboration represents an important milestone for NOVOMATIC considering Tecnet Asia's strong presence within the market.

Thomas Schmalzer, NOVOMATIC AG's VP Global Sales and VP Product Management, shared his excitement about the new collaboration. "NOVOMATIC gaming technology products already have an excellent history of success in the Philippine market, and I am convinced that our portfolio for 2023 and beyond contains many further player favorites and top-performing solutions for the region," he said.

Christoph Jeitler, NOVOMATIC's Head of Direct Sales, also spoke about the new collaboration with Tecnet Asia and acknowledged it represents a milestone moment for the company's strategy to grow the reach of its solutions and products within the Philippine market. Jeitler explained in conclusion: "Tecnet’s proven network, along with its technical support capacities and in-depth expertise of the local requirements are the perfect fit to achieve our ambitious targets in the region."

Currently, Tecnet Asia is known as a provider of niche high-end innovative solutions for the gambling vertical within the APAC region. The Philippine-based corporation was established in 2015 and combines years of experience within the sector, allowing it to grow its list of partners continuously and provide services and solutions, including consulting, technical support and sales casino management, among others.

Suat Sirin, Tecnet Asia's Owner and CEO, was excited about the new distribution deal with NOVOMATIC.
