The leading provider of technology solutions for iLottery and important software provider for the iGaming vertical, NeoGames, vowed its support for the non-profit organization that seeks to ensure the integrity of sports, the United Lotteries for Integrity in Sports (ULIS). On Tuesday, the company confirmed it has become ULIS' latest Associate Member, a move that reaffirms its commitment to sports betting integrity and transparency.
The membership with ULIS represents a major achievement for NeoGames which continues to expand its presence within the iGaming and iLottery vertical. At the same time, the company is delighted to support ULIS, given BtoBet Sports Betting, it's recently acquired solution that powers lottery operators around the globe.
Additionally, the collaboration reaffirms NeoGames' commitment to providing secure and innovative gaming solutions for the sports betting industry that stand out with transparency and at the same time promote integrity. Teaming up with ULIS grants the company access to experts and resources that can help it improve its sports betting products. Moreover, the collaboration is expected to help the leading software developer ensure that its operations are in line with the highest regulations and standards within the industry.
Moti Malul, NeoGames' CEO, shared his excitement about the recent announcement in a statement released on June 20, 2023. "We are honored to join ULIS and contribute to its mission of promoting integrity in sports," he said.
Malul explained that the company supports transparent and fair sports betting and outlined that this recent membership reaffirms that commitment. Finally, NeoGames' CEO pointed out: "We look forward to working with ULIS and its members to create a safer and more secure sports betting environment."
Founded nearly a decade ago, ULIS is a non-profit organization that seeks to prevent match-fixing, manipulation and other sports betting threats. ULIS also focuses on the promotion of the integrity of sports and joins forces with operators and companies around the globe to share best practices and support sports integrity.
Only recently, the Australian gaming giant, Aristocrat Leisure Limited, made an offer to acquire the operations of NeoGames in a deal with a price tag of some $1.2bn. In mid-May, Aristocrat confirmed in an ASX filing that its offer to acquire the company has been accepted. Still, at the time, the company confirmed that the acquisition is subject to approval from the shareholders of NeoGames.
