NeoGames, a company that specializes in tech-driven end-to-end solutions for both iLottery and iGaming, has announced a new appointment, with the company strengthening its ever-growing family of experts in North America.
The new appointment comes in the face of Robert Wesley, who has been selected to join the company as its new VP of NorthAmerican Customer Development. He has already assumed his role earlier this week and is now settling into his new position.
NeoGames CEO Moti Malul welcomed the opportunity to see a distinguished industry veteran join the company and hailed Wesley’s track record working in various positions in the sector, including Virginia Lottery. Malul added that NeoGames’ iLottery offering is one of the industry’s best and that the company was fully committed to hiring the right talent to help lead the business to the top.
"Rob joining NeoGames is a major coup and sharing his expertise with our customers will undoubtedly help to effectively grow their businesses," Malul said. Wesley has more than 25 years with Virginia Lottery, and he has been employed in various capacities across the organization during his time. Furthermore, Virginia’s iLottery’s program is the top-performing such initiative in the United States in just three years of launch.
Wesley has been instrumental in the success of the program and its continued and sustained growth. Thanks to this experience, Wesley fits perfectly into his new office as part of NeoGames and he will be leveraging best practices to spur growth across iLottery and programs and products for partner operators.
Commenting on his own appointment, Wesley was equally thrilled to be joining NeoGames, a company that he too has recognized as an important player in the sector. Wesley further spoke about the remarkable growth of the iLotterysector in the market and NeoGames, he argued, was in a prime position to support lottery operators that are interested to grow further in that space as well.
"I am excited by the new challenges that lie ahead and look forward to sharing my expertise with the NeoGames team and our lottery partners," he concluded. NeoGames has been equally focusing on strengthening its European footprint over the past several weeks.
The company recently revealed a renewed four-year agreement with the Lotteries Entertainment Innovation Alliance to double down on its presence on the continent and continue to provide its leading technological solutions for the sector.
