Howk commented on the topic by saying: "I am excited to bring these values to new heights in my new role, ensuring that the brand remains synonymous with the excellence and visionary leadership that our guests have come to know and expect at our properties across the globe."

On the other hand, Si was similarly excited and pointed out: "I am honored to be stepping into this role as President of Mohegan INSPIRE." He predicted further growth and expansion for the company. Finally, Pineault praised the experience Howk and Si bring and predicted they will help Mohegan INSPIRE reach a new chapter of growth.
