Upon announcing the new senior-level appointment, MGM China uncovered details regarding the executive's future remuneration and bonus.

Notably, by selecting Feng as CEO, the company entered into an agreement with the executive for a fixed term of three years, starting from December 19, 2025.

The CEO Service Agreement, MGM China said in a filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, may be terminated "under certain circumstances," and it sets an annual gross fixed salary for the new CEO.

Holding the role of CEO of MGM China, Feng is entitled to an annual gross fixed salary of approximately HK$11.7m, or the equivalent of $1.5m.

In addition to his fixed annual salary, the new CEO will receive a bonus remuneration, which will be determined by the remuneration committee in collaboration with the Board of Directors.

Determining the bonus will take into consideration Feng's qualifications, experience, performance as chief executive officer, as well as the level of responsibility his role carries.

Not unexpectedly, the CEO's bonus will also consider the operating results of MGM China and its subsidiaries.

The new CEO has held a number of senior-level roles over the last two decades

It was more than two decades ago when Feng first joined MGM Resorts International.

Back in 2001, he held several important operational, financial and advisory roles before assuming the position of Vice President - International Operations in 2007 and Senior Vice President of MGM Resorts International in 2009.

More recently, in 2017, Feng was promoted to the role of Executive Vice President of MGM International Operations.

Continuing to climb through the senior-level ranks, he assumed the position of non-executive Director at the company in May 2018.

Shortly after, Feng was appointed to the strategic role of President, Strategic and Chief Financial Officer in June 2020.

Most recently, he served as President and Executive Director at MGM, as well as Director of MGM Grand Paradise Limited.

Throughout his extensive career in gaming and entertainment, Feng accumulated significant knowledge that will undoubtedly help him in the new role of CEO at MGM China.
