Lopesan Hotel Group welcomes guests at three new resorts in Punta Cana

The family-run business with decades of experience, Lopesan Hotel Group, continues to expand its presence.

On Tuesday, the company officially welcomed its first guests to its three new resorts in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic.

Three new resorts promise supreme experiences

The debut of Lopesan Hotel Group’s three new hotel and casino resorts represents an investment of $350m and adds more than 1,000 new hotel rooms to its Dominican Republic portfolio.

Afterthe latest debut, Punta Cana visitors can now enjoy Lopesan Caoba Lagoon Resort Spa and Casino, Lopesan Serenity Bay Spa and Casino and Lopesan Splash Cove Spa and Casino.

Each of the resorts is centered around unique identity and promises unrivaled entertainment, gaming and hospitality experiences.

The three new hospitality and gaming destinations highlight Lopesan Hotel Group’s significant investment in the local community.

The projects helped create approximately 700 jobs after the initial opening phase.

However, the new workplaces will continue to grow, surpassing 1,100 in total by the time the complex operates at full capacity.

Not unexpectedly, the company intends to secure AAA Four Diamond Recognition for its new Punta Cana resorts just as has earned for its Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort Spa and Casino.

Each new resort is centered around a unique theme

Carlos Jimenez, Lopesan Caribbean Regional Director, spoke about the company’s ongoing expansion.

"This expansion marks a defining moment for Lopesan Hotel Group in the Caribbean and reflects our continued investment in Punta Cana as one of the region's most important luxury travel destinations," he said.

Moreover, Jimenez pointed out: "We are incredibly proud to officially welcome our first guests and introduce a connected resort experience that brings a new perspective to the modern all-inclusive."

Lopesan Splash Cove is a family-oriented water-centric resort with unique amenities like a wave pool and water park.

It offers 242 rooms, as well as a range of entertainment and sports programs.

On the other hand, Lopesan Serenity Bay is an adult-only resort that stands out with tranquil pool environments, exclusive dining venues and luxury accommodation.

Lopesan Serenity Bay has 239 hotel rooms, entertainment and nightlife outlets.

Last but not least, Lopesan Caoba Lagoon offers one of Punta Cana’s most visually distinctive hospitality experiences.

The hotel and casino resort has a 127-meter-long lagoon pool, featuring unique denote-inspired design elements and 10 waterfalls.

The venue offers 554 hotel rooms and a Lopesan Convention Center that can accommodate up to 2,000 visitors, perfect for conferences, meetings and special events.

One major aspect of Lopesan Hotel Group’s new project is The Boulevard, a unique, open-air promenade that connects the resort ecosystem.

Instead of operating simply as long strip of shopping outlets, The Boulevard is "designed to function more like a modern town center," the Group said.

Visitors can access a range of amenities, including but not limited to a theater, nightlife outlets, casino, shops and other entertainment venues.
