Light & Wonder taps into OKTO's leading cashless solutions

Digital mobile-first payment solutions provider OKTO, announced a new partnership with the leading cross-platform games company Light & Wonder. The newest collaboration was announced Wednesday and will see OKTO provide its leading cashless payment solutions for the company's gaming machines. Bingo, AGC, LBO and casino segments within Light & Wonder will all benefit from OKTO's cashless payments solution.

In a statement released on October 26, 2022, Light & Wonder's VP of Product Management, Wayne Ellard, said: "At Light & Wonder we are constantly looking at how we innovate and deliver added value for our customers and their players."

He explained that the company is delighted to join forces with OKTO and integrate its leading platform. According to Ellard, the recent collaboration with OKTO will help the company's customers benefit from their leading cashless payment solution.

At the same time, he reaffirmed that Light & Wonder supportsresponsible gambling and player protection via different tools that are suitable for customers in the UK. Last but not least, Ellard revealed: "We look forward to enabling this innovative cashless capability for our UK customers by the end of this year."

OKTO revealed its partner operators benefit from dynamic, simple, seamless and secure solutions. The company continues to invest in its solutions and ensures all transactions are secure. Additionally, by offering an easy-to-use platform, OKTO helps by increasing efficiency regardless of the daily workload. Besides its latest announcement, earlier this month, OKTO inked a deal with Nuvei, the leading payment platform. The terms of the new deal enabled Nuvei to accept OKTO's embedded payment methods. While this deal expanded OKTO's portfolio of partners it also enhanced Nuvei's payment capabilities.
