One of the world's leading GameTech companies, Kaizen Gaming, continues to strengthen its AI capabilities.
Earlier this week, the company announced the acquisition of the AI-driven sports trading and analytics provider, GameplAI (GP).
Under the acquisition, Kaizen Gaming will leverage GP's extensive capabilities.
Per the latest announcement, the former will integrate the latter's features to enhance its proprietary capabilities in player markets, performance analytics and sports trading, significantly strengthening its premium iGaming platform, Betano.
The acquisition of GameplAI highlights Kaizen Gaming's dedication to investing in innovation, technology and data science.
At the same time, the landmark takeover propels Kaizen Gaming's AI-driven solutions and offering, reaffirming its position of a leading technology provider to the betting and gaming vertical.
Besides enhancing its trading and sports operations, the acquisition of GP seeks to enable Kaizen Gaming to accelerate its automation capabilities, bolster risk management and related tools while at the same time improving the betting experiences for its partners across the globe.
Nikos Volakis, GameplAI's Co-Founder, spoke with excitement about the latest announcement, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.

Graham Savage, GameplAI's Co-Founder, was similarly delighted, explaining that it is thrilling to see the company become part of Kaizen Gaming.

Kaizen Gaming hired Tekkorp Capital as an exclusive financial advisor for the transaction.
At the same time, Wiggin LLP served as the company's legal advisor for the takeover.
While Kaizen Gaming confirmed the landmark acquisition, financial details were not publicly disclosed.
