The leading gaming solutions provider and operator that has a presence in more than 40 jurisdictions across the globe, Intralot, announced a strategic deal in the Netherlands.
This week, the company revealed its Dutch subsidiary, Intralot Benelux B.V., signed a three-year contract extension with the largest gambling organization in the country, Nederlandse Loterij Organisatie B.V. (NLO).
Under the terms of the three-year partnership extension, Intralot agreed to continue to power NLO's retail sportsbook operations called TOTO.
Renowned for its extensive presence in the country, the retail sportsbook brand operates thanks to a network of 4,000 points of sale.
In a statement, Intralot highlighted the importance of the contract extension.
"INTRALOT S.A. announces that the three-year contract extension of its subsidiary in The Netherlands, INTRALOT BENELUX B.V., with Nederlandse Loterij Organisatie B.V. (NLO) to continue providing operations and management services for TOTO retail sportsbook has been activated," wrote the company.
Under the terms of the extended deal, NLO will continue to benefit from solutions and services provided by Intralot.
As a result, the operator with a solid Dutch presence will leverage trading and risk management services.
Moreover, NLO will benefit from services related to performance and monitoring, strengthening its TOTO games which use Intralot's Photon terminals.
In light of the company's contract extension with NLO, the two will continue to collaborate through June 2027.
Considering the scalability, effectiveness and solid performance of Intralot's solutions and services, further extension may be considered in the near future.
