The global gaming company, powering regulated gambling operators across the globe with content and solutions, International Game Technology (IGT), expanded the reach of its award-winning game, Mystery of the Lamp.
The company revealed that IGT PlayDigital recently delivered the online equivalent of the fan-favorite game to a number of US states.
As a result, the award-winning Mystery of the Lamp game entered recognizable online gambling markets, including Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, as well as West Virginia.
The success of Mystery of the Lamp in the land-based sector is unquestionable.
IGT's popular game recorded high interest and peak performance across brick-and-mortar casinos and was also recognized with the Top Performing NEW Premium Game award from the 2024 EKG Slot Awards Show.
Using the PeakCurve 49 cabinet, Mystery of the Lamp is a multi-level progressive slot game that offers engaging and rewarding experiences.
Notably, the game delivers features such as Lock and Respin bonus, among others that grant a chance for mouth-watering prizes.
Gil Rotem, IGT PlayDigital's President, shared his excitement about the expansion of the popular game to US online gaming markets.
"Adding Mystery of the Lamp to IGT PlayDigital's content library for the US enables our customers to offer players another highly successful IGT land-based game across platforms," he explained in a statement.
Finally, Rotem pointed out: "Much like we did with IGT's Prosperity Link's arrival in the online space, we anticipate players and operators will quickly gravitate to Mystery of the Lamp given its strong following around the world and the quality of the gameplay experience."
IGT PlayDigital's online version of the fan-favorite game is expected to continue building on the success of the land-based title.
Mystery of the Lamp Treasure Oasis is one out of IGT PlayDigital's five different themes of the game.
The engaging slot features a 5x3 layout and grants a chance for five different jackpots, namely, Mini, Minor, Maxi, Major and Grand.
Not unexpectedly, IGT PlayDigital's version incorporates the three collection-pot mechanics, as well as vibrant colors, quality animations and attractive bonuses.
In August, IGT announced the appointment of Nick Khin to the role of President, Global Gaming.
The strategic hire put the executive with extensive experience in charge of the IGT's corporate strategy, as well as other key processes.
In his new role with the company, Khin will continue to operate from Las Vegas, Nevada and report to Vince Sadusky, IGT's CEO.
