The leading platform for creating and publishing mobile games, Homa, strengthened its executive-level team with a new appointment. Earlier this week, the company revealed it hired the experienced executive, Henry Lowenfels. Joining Homa's C-suite, he was appointed to the role of President and Chief Business Officer (CBO).
In his new role, Lowenfels is expected to spearhead the company's growth and strengthen its position as a leading provider of content for the mobile gaming sector. Leveraging his extensive experience, he will play a key role in growing the company's strategic partnerships and improving its performance.
Additionally, Lowenfels will focus on new and emerging genres, including hybrid casual, among other innovative approaches for growth. Homa confirmed recently that it expanded its hybrid casual vision, while at the same time, improving its Homa Lab cutting-edge platform. Now, with the addition of Lowenfels, the company will further strengthen its operations as it positions itself for further growth and expansion on a global scale.
Lowenfels, Homa's new President and CBO, shared his excitement in a statement. "Homa is a pioneering force in the mobile gaming industry, and I am honored to become part of this growing, disruptive and ambitious team," he said. Moreover, Lowenfels pointed out: "The company is undergoing an amazing expansion stage right now and I’m excited to contribute to it and further position Homa as a leader in the gaming space."
Daniel Nathan, Homa's CEO and Founder, added that the company is thrilled to expand its team with the addition of Lowenfels. "We’re confident that his extensive experience in the entertainment industry and his business development approach will have an important positive impact on the growth of the company," he said. Finally, Nathan pointed out: "We look forward to working closely with him to push the boundaries of mobile gaming and continue empowering game creators and ourselves to create chart-topping games."
Before becoming a part of Homa's C-suite, Lowenfels held important roles with companies within the different industries. His professional background includes a Chief Product Officer role with OneTeam Partners. At the time, Lowenfels was in charge of the company's web3 and video game product strategy. His responsibilities included business development and he played a key role in the growth of the company to a multi-billion-dollar business.
Additionally, Lowenfels' professional tenure includes different senior-level roles with Scopely. Overall, he was a part of the company for eight years and went up the executive team ranks to the role of Senior Vice President of Business Development.
