Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood to open new restaurant

The globally recognizable gaming, hospitality and entertainment company, Hard Rock International (HRI), will deliver a new signature restaurant at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood in Florida, under the terms of an alliance with Major Food Group (MFG).

Details about the new restaurant to be released this fall

MFG is renowned for its supreme hospitality and ability to deliver some of the world's most celebrated dining destinations.

Hard Rock initially joined forces with MFG back in 2024, vowing to deliver new, distinctive dining experiences across its global portfolio of integrated resorts, hotels and casinos.

The brand-new signature restaurant at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood marks a major step in this strategic partnership.

In a press release, HRI confirmed that the new restaurant will use the premises of Cipresso.

After seven years of service, Cipresso served its last guests on July 19, 2026.

Abiaka Wood Fire Grill is offering signature dishes from Cipresso, ensuring that guests can continue to enjoy them. What's more, Abiaka Wood Fire Grill's is now working seven days a week.

According to HRI, details about the new signature restaurant at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood, including its name, renderings and culinary direction are going to be released at a later date.

The leading gaming and hospitality company added that it will disclose reservation details and planned opening date this fall.

MFG and Hard Rock seek to deliver something very special

Jeff Zalaznick, MFG's Co-Founder, spoke with excitement about the forthcoming restaurant and collaboration with HRI.

Randy Morton, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood's President, was similarly thrilled, saying that this is an exciting moment for the premier gaming, hospitality and entertainment destination.

The venue's President acknowledged that the new restaurant would complement its offering, further solidifying the property's role of a go-to destination in South Florida.
