Welcome, come in.

HappyHour.io, a renowned investment company that has a firm focus on the iGaming sector, has announced the addition of Patrick Soric as its new Investment and Portfolio Partner. HappyHour has invested in numerous companies that are driving some of the most significant changes in the industry, including Flows and Livespins, Xtended Gaming, Kero Gaming, and others.

The addition of Patrick Soric is designed to help the company expand its clout in the iGaming sector and secure more meaningful and impactful investment opportunities. Soric, HappyHour said in a press statement shared via email, will be instrumental in the company’s further expansion.

Soric is appointed owing to his ability to navigate the financial landscape and ensure strong ties that help generate private equity. As such, he will be an important cogwheel in HappyHour’s investment machinery. Soric was laconic about his appointment, responding tersely:

"I am thrilled to join the HappyHour family and look forward to collaborating with my talented colleagues."

His appointment was naturally welcomed by HappyHour Managing Partner Robin Reed who said that the entire company was indeed delighted to see Soric join the team and bring his extensive experience to the table.

"Patrick's expertise and commitment to excellence will undoubtedly enhance our capabilities as we continue to grow and evolve," Reed added. HappyHour is now committed to continuing to grow its clout and push for new markets and territories in 2024.

This is hardly the only hire HappyHour.io has made this year. In fact, the company brought on Ben Clemes as Investment Portfolio Partner in June, as the firm is constantly on the lookout to grow and expand its footprint in terms of commercial and business potential.

Meanwhile, Soric has extensive expeirence with companies such as UBP – Union Bancaire Privée, Swedbank, Danske Bank, and more.
