The provider of gaming software and solutions for operators and regulators within the gambling industry, Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), announced multiple strategic appointments. Earlier this week, the company confirmed four promotions.

As a result, Martin Britton was named Chairman, EMEA, while Devon Dalbock was appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer, EMEA. Additionally, GLI selected James Boje for the role of Managing Director, EMEA, while Mackenzie Haugh was appointed as Chief Delivery Officer.

Upon announcing the promotions, the company labeled them as strategic. Ultimately, with the senior-level changes, GLI confirmed it complements its commitment to deliver supreme services for its growing customer base of more than 2,000 clients around the world, a statement reveals.

Britton previously held the role of Managing Director of EMEA. The company acknowledges his contributions and confirms that he will now play a more important role as Chairman, EMEA. Additionally, GLI thanked Britton for his hard work and dedication that contributed to its growth.

Dalbock first joined the company back in 2016 as General Manager. Overall, he has more than 35 years of management experience while for the past 15 years, he was a part of the gambling vertical. In his new role as Chief Operating Officer for the EMEA region, Dalbock will be based in GLI's Netherlands office.

Similarly, Boje is also an experienced executive with more than three decades of experience within the hospitality and gambling vertical. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer for the EMEA region at GLI. However, Boje's professional background includes senior-level roles with other gambling industry giants such as Aristocrat, CPI and IGT.

Last but not least, Haugh, who was appointed as Chief Delivery Officer, has more than two decades of experience with GLI. Before this appointment, he held the role of Vice President of Engineering. That role enabled Haugh to accumulate extensive knowledge of the company's processes, systems, products and protocols.

James Maida, GLI's President and CEO, shared his excitement about the recent appointments. "These are trusted, exceptional leaders within our organization; their contributions are vital to our ongoing efforts to drive global consistency, providing a world-class delivery and customer experience for each of our clients, no matter the size or volume of submissions," he explained.

Maida added: "We maintain this ongoing commitment to our customers by tirelessly enhancing testing strategies, processes and tools, training, and innovative solutions, and ensuring we have the highest caliber leadership driving the business forward." Finally, the company's CEO and President said that it remains committed to improving the experiences for its growing client base.
