Enteractive to help BetCity boost retention in the Netherlands

Enteractive, a reactivation and engagement specialist for the sports betting and iGaming industry, has signed a new partnership with BetCity, a flagship brand owned by Entain in the regulated Dutch market.

BetCity.nl and Enteractive have negotiated this new collaboration to see the latter launch a number of reactivation campaigns intended to engage with dormant customers or customers who may be interested in coming back to the platform based on Enteractive’s expertise. BetCity is among the first companies to have launched in the regulated gambling market thanks to a license obtained by the country’s regulator, the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA).

BetCity has also been able to quickly consolidate its footprint in the market, securing a large number of registered consumers, some of whom can be brought back through the offer of tailored, personalized, and responsible gambling products, the companies believe.

Enteractive will not only seek to reactive dormant customers, though, with the company confirming that it will also help to develop player retention and loyalty strategies for the operator. BetCity.nl already leverages a significant market presence, with an estimated 20% of the market.

The opportunity was welcomed by BetCity Marketing Director Robert Kooiman who said that the company was delighted to be teaming up with Enteractive, further gaining an edge over the competition in the Netherlands. Kooiman added:

"Enteractive’s personalized one-to-one solutions enable us to grow the relationship with our players as well as ensure that we’re the responsible choice for players."

In terms of technological capacity, Enteractive offers a dedicated (Re)Activation Cloud Technology platform, which is integrated with select player databases and relies on native-speaking specialists who seek to engage with players in individual markets, relying on a professional, personalized human contact above all else.

Enteractive Senior Business Development Executive Francesca Raniolo said that her company was similarly pleased to be working with the BetCity brand, citing its innovation-driven approach towards the iGaming industry as one of the reasons why.

"With the untapped potential of lapsed player accounts and the positive response we are receiving from the players," Raniolo explained. Enteractive has a robust track record for reactivating players, with 13,000 players brought back into the fold every month for many of the industry’s leading operators.

Last year, Enteractive inked a similar partnership with NetBet in Italy, bringing its qualified services to one of the most lucrative if strictly regulated markets in Europe.
