Bragg Gaming Group has appointed Neill Whyte as the company’s new Chief Commercial Officer, as he steps into the new position and will be tasked with leading the company’s global commercial teams and helping boost results across various divisions. Bragg is also caught in an important moment of growth with the company expanding rapidly across several major markets, such as the United States, Canada, Latin America, and Europe.
His appointment is effective as of May 1, 2024, and he comes as a significant boost to Bragg’s leadership team. As to the man himself, he is a well-seasoned iGaming veteran, having worked in various positions over the past 18 years.
Some of his most notable positions include a stint with Digital Gaming Corporation where he worked for the company’s B2B iGaming Division also as the Chief Commercial Officer, where he helped the company rollout its products across the United States and build a solid footprint for the firm’s distribution business. Commenting on this appointment, Bragg CEO Matevž Mazij had this to say:
"I am very pleased to be announcing today the appointment of Neill Whyte as Chief Commercial Officer at Bragg. His iGaming product and market knowledge, together with his record in driving growth from developing successful and mutually beneficial commercial partnerships are exceptional."
Yet, Whyte has also worked at other companies, driving growth everywhere he went. He served as Head of Business Development at Apricot Investments and he was also a BoardMember of Genera Networks, a Swedish company focusing on iGaming and lottery. He also worked as Head of Product Channels at Microgaming, one of the biggest names in the industry.
On balance, Whyte has been able to cut his teeth serving some of the biggest businesses in the industry, ensuring that he has parted each company with relevant experience while also giving back to stimulate growth and create further opportunities for his employers. As part of Bragg, Whyte will now seek to help boost growth across Streak Gaming, Indigo Magic, and Atomic Slot Lab, all of which are proprietary studios owned by Bragg Gaming Group.
He will similarly seek new opportunities to boost the casino content aggregation platform, as well as help build up the Fuze player engagement and drive stronger commercial results.
As to the man himself, Whyte said that he was honoured to be joining Bragg Gaming Group and help build its efforts to expand in important markets, including Europe and India. He hailed what the company has achieved so far, including impeccable technology and growth in regulated markets, and said that he looks forward to being part of the next stage of this growth.
