The leading content and technology provider for the online gambling vertical, Bragg Gaming Group, announced a new partnership, strengthening its presence in the second-largest regulated online casino market in Europe. The company confirmed Tuesday it joined forces with Lottomatica Group S.p.A. for the regulated iGaming sector in Italy.
Under the terms of the freshly minted content deal, Bragg agreed to supply the market-leading Italian iGaming operator with a range of its online casino titles, including exclusive games from Powered by Bragg and Bragg Studios. Thanks to the new deal, customers of the operator will be able to benefit from the iGaming provider's Italian casino content portfolio.
Such titles include localized versions of hits like Sea of Plenty by Indigo Magic, Fairy Dust by Atomic Slot Lab. Additionally, clients of the iGaming operator will benefit from an exclusive casino games collection from Powered by Bragg, along with other titles that will engage with new audiences within the gambling market in the country.
Alessandro Rainaldi, Lottomatica's iGaming Senior Manager, shared his excitement about the new content deal in a statement. "We are dedicated to bringing the latest and greatest in casino entertainment to our players and Bragg’s growing content portfolio for the Italian market is an important step in meeting this goal," he explained.
Rainaldi outlined that the partnership encompasses a wide range of games from Bragg and pointed out that such titles will strengthen Lottomatica's offering in the country. Finally, he said: "We look forward to a long and profitable partnership together."
Karl Grech, Bragg's Head of Business Development, added: "We are committed to launching our proprietary and exclusive online casino content with the leading operators in the largest regulated iGaming markets in the world, and going live with Lottomatica in Italy represents another proof point of the success we are achieving with this strategy."
The company's Head of Business Development explained that since Bragg debuted in the market in Italy, more than 45 premium casino games have been certified and localized. Those titles are already popular among players in the country, added Grech. Finally, he pointed out: "We are delighted to now be expanding our games distribution in Italy with the market’s leading iGaming operator."
Undoubtedly, the collaboration represents a strategic move for Bragg. Currently, Lottomatica is at the helm of online gambling operators in Italy and holds approximately 21% market share.
