Blueprint Gaming continues to forge ahead with its Game of Thrones games, with the studio now signing up a fresh partnership with BetMGM Ontario, and adding yet another influential operator to its list of partners that support the launch of the new wave of franchise-inspired games.
BetMGM and Blueprint Gaming have signed a multi-year partnership allowing for the streamlined delivery of one of the world’s most recognizable branded slots, which has received a fresh makeover by the adept studio of IP-based titles.
Game of Thrones is now available exclusively to BetMGM players, giving the operator a quick way to distinguish its offer locally, with more launches coming across the United States in the summer.
Inspired by the scale and storytelling of the renowned HBO series, Blueprint’s take on the popular franchise has been challenging as well as exciting, infusing the gameplay with familiar characters from the TV series, but also ensuring the gameplay is smooth.
Commenting on this exceptional opportunity, BetMGM SVP of Gaming Oliver Bartlett has said that Game of Thrones remains an important cultural phenomenon and that Blueprint Gaming’s delivery of immersive slots will put players in the heart of Westeros.
The game has drawn heavily from the show’s recognizable characters and fan-favorite tropes, including such options as the Night’s Watch Collect feature, Blueprint’s Money Collect mechanic, and the sigils of Westeros’ most powerful political and war houses - the Starks, Baratheons, Lannisters, and Targaryens.
The game is enhanced with various modifiers and house-powered features, which create a dynamic experience where you feel like the show’s characters vying for influence and power, as well as seeking revenge against a rival.
Blueprint Gaming’s partnership with BetMGM is designed to give the game momentum and help it reach the most people possible, opting for a more specific target entry.
Blueprint Gaming Head of Product Charlie Jacka has spoken further on the delivery of this new game and the approach the studio has chosen.
Jacka hailed the new Game of Thrones as an important milestone for the company, and extolled the Money Collect mechanics the studio has been introducing, including in the newest release.
"Partnering with BetMGM to launch first in Ontario is a fantastic opportunity to introduce this title to a highly engaged audience," Jacka added, noting that the game was built as a layered experience, allowing players to experience progress as they continue playing.
