The leading supplier of official esports live data, services and products, Bayes Esports, announced changes to its senior leadership team. On Wednesday, the company revealed that it appointed Amir Mirzaee, who used to hold the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), to the role of Co-Chief Executive Officer (Co-CEO). Stepping into the new role, Mirzaee will collaborate with Bayes Esports' current CEO, Martin Dachselt.

Additionally, the company revealed that its VP Growth and Finance, Christopher Bohlmann, assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The strategic C-suite appointments come at a time when Bayes Esports anticipates rapid expansion across the globe and a significant increase in its portfolio of clients.

The aforementioned significant changes to its senior management team are expected to complement this growth, ensuring the company remains competitive within the esports vertical. While Mirzaee and Bohlmann will be assigned new responsibilities, the former will retain his focus on the company's commercial growth, while the latter will ensure the successful execution of Bayes Esports' financial and growth strategy.

Bohlmann shared his excitement on the topic in a statement. He revealed: "I have had the pleasure of working alongside the Bayes Esports team the past 2 years, and I want to continue building on this momentum."

The executive added that the company has seen an increase in profitability, outlining that the business remains on track to seize further exciting opportunities. Finally, Bohlmann pointed out: "I look forward to this new era of Bayes Esports, where we navigate challenges and unlock new opportunities, by building an even stronger data-driven ecosystem, and thereby creating value for Bayes Esports and all our clients."

Mirzaee, the company's new Co-CEO, added: "Bayes Esports has cemented its position at the center of the esports ecosystem, and this shift reflects our continued growth." Last but not least, he pointed out: "Together with Martin, we will foster innovation and integrity within the esports industry, while forging partnerships with the very best in the industry."

Bohlmann and Mirzaee have extensive experience spanning more than three decades. The two have proven their leadership and were able to accumulate significant knowledge within the esports sector. Mirzaee and Bohlmann played a key role in the expansion of Bayes Esports so far, enabling the company to accomplish significant goals such as the closure of its funding round in 2022.

Moreover, their strategic guidance resulted in 50% year-over-year growth reported by Bayes Esports for 2023. On the path to growth and expansion, Mirzaee, Bohlmann and Dachselt are expected to play a pivotal role in the company's future business relationships.
