Aristocrat Gaming signs new Georgia-facing deal with Skill Master Pro

Aristocrat Leisure Limited's subsidiary and leading global entertainment and content provider, Aristocrat Technologies, announced it joined forces with Skill Master Pro, a family-operated and owned business in Atlanta, Georgia. Announced earlier this week, the new exclusive distribution agreement marks the debut of industry-leading games, as well as technology for the state's Coin Operated Amusement Machine (COAM) market.

Per the new deal, players in the state will be able to access new games, developed via Aristocrat Gaming's leading studios. The new thrilling titles will be available via the company's MidKnight XTM cabinet. The aforementioned cabinet was designed after Aristocrat's famous and award-winning cabinet, Helix. The new strategic agreement will deliver a six-title game set and the MidKnight X cabinet that will become available for Skill Master Pro's partners.

As noted, the new partnership marks the debut of six industry-leading games. As a result, Bao Zhu Zhao Fu, Big Fu Cash Bats, Buffalo Gold, Midnight Train, Mighty Cash, as well as Sun & Moon Cash Eclipse will be available via the MidKnight X cabinet, a statement reveals.

Adam Foust, Skill Master Pro's CEO, shared his excitement saying: "After three decades of being at the forefront of developing the COAM market into the burgeoning industry it is today, we are thrilled to join forces with Aristocrat Gaming on the entertainment and amusement frontier." Finally, he pointed out: "By channeling years of experience and driving excellence in product innovation, I strongly believe Aristocrat Gaming and Skill Master Pro will elevate the Georgia COAM industry."

Kurt Gissane, Aristocrat Gaming's Senior Vice President of Sales, shared the excitement of Skill Master Pro's boss. He said: "Our distribution partnership with Skill Master Pro to enter the Georgia market demonstrates the company's ongoing commitment to growth in emerging segments and our investment in producing the best products for our players." Finally, Gissane pointed out: "Skill Master Pro's unparalleled market knowledge and quality experience align with the superior products customers expect from us."

Earlier this year, Aristocrat Leisure Limited secured approval for the acquisition of NeoGames S.A., the globally recognized gaming platform operating from Luxembourg. The approval came after a green light was given by NeoGames' shareholders. The strategic takeover has a price tag of $1.2bn and is expected to expand Aristocrat's presence exponentially. Ultimately, the acquisition seeks to propel the company's land-based, as well as online gambling presence, allowing it to reach new audiences across the globe in strategic markets.
