Alex Haywood named managing director of Yggdrasil's Polish entity

The leading provider of innovative online gaming solutions and content, Yggdrasil, announced changes to its senior-level team. On Wednesday, the company confirmed it appointed Alex Haywood to the role of Managing Director of its Polish entity. Overall, the expert brings more than two decades of experience that will undoubtedly help him with his new senior-level role.

In addition to the appointment, Yggdrasil confirmed that it continues its corporate evolution, a process that pushed the need for restructuring. This restructuring, a statement confirms, required the reduction of different roles within the company.

As a part of the changes, Yggdrasil said that Mark McGinley, who holds the role of Chief Gaming Officer, will transition to the role of Chief Product Officer. According to the company, McGinley's guidance is expected to spearhead the growth of its innovative portfolio of games and propel the reach of its Masters Studio Program.
