During a time when the Washington Commanders are working toward their long-term vision, many questions remain to be answered.
The award-winning NFL reporter, insider and analyst, Jason La Canfora, talks about the Commanders’ ownership plans and potential challenges the franchise is facing.
"The young general manager Adam Peters has a lot of currency with the owners, as I hear it," the insider said in an exclusive interview for Casino Guru News.
"They brought in longtime NBA executive Bob Myers, who was with the Golden State Warriors, and he’s very close to ownership," La Canfora continued.
The insider explained that the franchise executives have a vision, and they believe the Commanders can be a championship team.
"They believe in their vision, and they believe in what they can build, and they think they’ll be a championship team in time as they move eventually into a new stadium in Washington," La Canfora added.
However, he said he doubts the Commanders’ head coach, Dan Quinn, will be part of the franchise long enough to see that vision become a reality.
"I don’t think Dan Quinn’s going to be there for any of that," the award-winning NFL reporter and analyst said.
In conclusion, La Canfora said: "And if Dan Quinn and his staff can't devise some cogent plans to try to strip some things down and really reinvest in every way they can, and protecting Jayden Daniels, it may just hasten their own demise."
